CHOCOLATE + CHERRIES = DELICIOUS POST WORKOUT RECOVERY

 

Try my Chocolate Cherry protein shake!
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup vanilla greek yoghurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup kale ( frozen )
1 tbsp chia
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop vanilla vega protein
