28 DAY “HOME” FITNESS CHALLENGE

 

For those of you who have been following my journey over the past year, know that I love to stay fit and healthy.  I have been achieving 100% of my fitness goals from the comfort and convenience of my own home for several years now, and I’m in the best shape of my life!  So join me now on a 28 day “home” fitness challenge.  Read my blog post “Benefits of working out at home vs. the gym this summer! ” to find out why, you too should skip the gym!

 I have been blessed to have the ability to share daily health and fitness tips with others via multiple social media channels, but more recently I have had the great pleasure of creating weekly personalized workout schedules for someone very near and dear to me!  Seeing how I have been able to influence another and help to set a foundation for someone else to become the best version of themself,  leaves me wanting to do more!  I want to share what I love with you, so you too can love your life, get fit, be fabulous and feel beautiful!

So let’s make today the next step to a better you!  For the next 28 days you will follow the 7 day workout schedule that I have included in your fitness challenge.  Additionally, for each day of the challenge I will post a new health or fitness tip via Instagram and Facebook to help you reach your goals.  But remember, if you want to see results you have to apply two rules: Work hard and Eat clean!  The work hard piece will come from within us ….. Just commit yourself each day to achieving your desired goal.
