GET READY TO GET FIT WITH A 21-DAY "AT HOME" FITNESS CHALLENGE/Fit.Fabulous.Beautiful

If you are ready to blast away fat and get fit, then this 21-Day “At Home” Fitness Challenge is for you.  Follow my effective 21-day workout plan combined with a healthy diet and you are sure to see results.  No expensive membership fees, and all workouts are easily adaptable for any fitness level.

Your workout plan for this fitness challenge consists of 5 days on, 2 days off.  You can start your challenge anytime and any day you want.  The best option would be to start your workout cycle on a Monday, having the weekend as your two rest days.  But you are free to adjust your start day to any other day of the week to best fit your own personal needs.  Once you have completed your first 7 day workout cycle, simply repeat until your 21 days is complete.

Each and every one of these workouts can be done anytime of day and all take 30 minutes or less.  Consider that the total times listed below are not the actual workout times, but the actual length of each video.  Each video usually starts with an intro and sometimes includes a bit of Q&A type stuff.  If you are eager to get started, then just fast forward a bit to dive right into the actual workout and speed things up.

Let’s get started!  All you need is a water bottle, yoga mat or towel and access to the internet.  I like to use my You Tube app on my IPAD as it’s more mobile, other times I will stream my workouts directly to my Smart TV.  First start by saving this post somewhere, to provide easy access to your workout plan whenever you need it.  Simply open the post each day and click the direct links I have provided for each of  your workouts.  Ensure you drink lots of water before, during and after each workout and always include a short warm up and cool down everyday.  I have listed a couple of recommended cool down videos near the end of the workout plan, for the days when you might just need a little extra stretch.  Happy Sweating!
