Who is Wonder Woman you might ask? Wonder Woman is an Amazon and was granted her powers by the Greek gods, in particular by Aphrodite who created the Amazons. It is said that much of her strength came from her training and channeling of her mental powers into physical abilities.
The truth is, we all secretly have super powers within. Sometimes we just can’t figure out how to use them properly. In honour of all the True Wonder Women of the world, I created a smoothie that combines the antioxidant and cancer preventative powers of cherries with the hormone balancing and mood enhancing powers of the maca root . This smoothie is sure to stimulate your body, boost your energy and enhance your performance. Therefore, truly letting your super powers shine!

Wonder Woman Super Smoothie
Prep Time: 5 minutes
- 1 1/2 bananas
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 scoop of vanilla Vega sport protein
- 1 tbsp maca root powder
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
– Adjust the amount of frozen fruit to achieve desired thickness.
– Add kale or spinach for added nutritional benefits.
