Our focus this week has been all about our Booty! For anyone who follows me on Pinterest you would have seen the multitude of workout routines I have discovered to help us lift and tighten that Bootylicous derrière. All of wich I have tried myself or plan on enduring in the near future.
To help you all achieve your goals just a little bit easier, I have compiled a list of some of my favorite Booty workouts, which are all very effective but efficient.
