Hello Lovelies!  I hope you’re all doing great this weekend!  Today I wanted to share a little something about buying organic.  It’s extremely important to eat a lot of fresh plant-based foods.   Not only are they good for your skin but  they make your body feel good, give you energy and help keep you lean without calorie restricting.  But knowing what produce is safe and what items to stay away from, can be a taunting task!  Find out wich produce items you should always buy organic, whenever possible.

You can’t expect to fuel your body and achieve optimal health by eating food, laced with toxic chemicals, that your body doesn’t recognize.  So, why settle for just getting by when you could be thriving?

Happy Friday everyone!  What better way to start the weekend than with a great new recipe .  One of my favorite ways to start the day is with a healthy, protein-packed breakfast. This recipe only takes about 12 minutes to make, and is packed with enough fiber to keep you full and fueled for hours.  Best part of all they taste just as good as the traditional fluffy white pancakes.  What more could you ask for in a breakfast?!
