STRAWBERRY BANANA YOGURT SMOOTHIE/FIT.FABULOUS.BEAUTIFUL
 It’s so great that people are investing in their health more and taking ownership of it.  It can be so empowering knowing that you are in charge of YOU.  Although it sounds so simple, and perhaps obvious, your health is something that can be easily overlooked.  What we put in our bodies each day has such a huge effect on us internally and externally.   I love sharing my new recipes with you guys, they are all quick and easy!   But most of all, they are no fuss, super healthy and delicious. I hope you enjoy my latest smoothie creation!!!!!

STRAWBERRY BANANA YOGURT SMOOTHIE/FIT.FABULOUS.BEAUTIFUL
 STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE
Servings: 1
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic strawberries
  • 1/ cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla Vega sport protein

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with banana slices on top.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips

–  You can increase the amount of frozen fruit, to achieve desired consistency.

–  Try substituting the strawberries for frozen pineapple, for a tropical twist.
