Hi beautiful!  Hope you are having a great week so far!  I hear a lot of people talking about what they should have for snacks throughout the day.  Some people are looking for convenience, others desire pure nutritional satisfaction.  I really enjoy eating healthy and balanced meals throughout the day, but of course, my diet isn’t 100% perfect all the time.  There are definitely days, especially if I’m working or out on the go where I maybe don’t have the time or resources to access the healthiest food choices. This is when I might make an exception and try not to stress over it, trying to make sure I plan ahead next time so I am prepared with healthy snack options.

Hi everyone!  Hope you all are having a great week so far.  For anyone who has been following my blog the past couple of years, it will come as no surprise to you that I LOVE smoothies – they are super easy to make, and pack so many nutritional benefits into one simple glass.  How can something so good for your skin, hair and overall health, taste soooo good!!!!

 Now, I know that not everyone feels this way about smoothies.  Maybe your go-to smoothie is lacking in the deliciousness department. Not to worry!  With a few simple ingredient swaps, just about any smoothie recipe is salvageable.  Here are a few things you can do to save your smoothie and start enjoying the many benefits they have to offer!
