Good morning, hope you’re all having a great weekend so far! I’m super excited to tell you about my all time favourite breakfast! Stoked Oats saves the day by making it easy to enjoy your breakfast with virtually no hassle, so you have more time to focus on your morning hustle each day.
My go to breakfast meal has always been a hearty bowl of oats topped with mixed berries and nuts. But the one thing that I have never really enjoyed is taking the extra time to add all the additional ingredients, because it’s a bit of a hassle when I’ve got other stuff to do — such as hair washing day or an extra early start. Sure preparing your meals the night before can save you time, but who wants more dirty dishes?…
Good morning Beauties, I hope everyone had a great week! One of the things I mentioned in my last post was starting off the New Year with a healthy start! Now that we have had time to reflect on the past year and set our goals for 2018, it’s time to give our body what it needs to function optimally – H2o!
Staying hydrated is a key element to being fit and staying healthy. Our body uses water in our cells, organs, and muscle tissues to help regulate temperature and maintain other day-to-day bodily functions. Even being slightly dehydrated could result in a slower metabolism. When we are properly hydrated the health and beauty benefits are endless. Because we lose water continuously through breathing, sweating, and regular digestion, it’s very important to rehydrate regularly by drinking fluids and eating foods containing plenty of water.…

Let me set the record straight: I pretty much eat the same thing for breakfast 365 days of the year. That being said, I do think it’s good to switch things up every once in a while. Winter time is my favorite time of year to experiment in the kitchen. Snowy days call for more time indoors and more time for baking, recipe testing and DIY projects. Eating the same bowl of oats each and every day is always nutritious , but this holiday season I want to tantalize my taste buds.
Join me in testing out these great new recipes from Joanna Stankiewicz and see if you ever find breakfast boring again. Lets get cooking!!!!!

It’s so great that people are investing in their health more and taking ownership of it. It can be so empowering knowing that you are in charge of YOU. Although it sounds so simple, and perhaps obvious, your health is something that can be easily overlooked. What we put in our bodies each day has such a huge effect on us internally and externally. I love sharing my new recipes with you guys, they are all quick and easy! But most of all, they are no fuss, super healthy and delicious. I hope you enjoy my latest smoothie creation!!!!!

Hello Lovelies! I hope you’re all doing great this weekend! Today I wanted to share a little something about buying organic. It’s extremely important to eat a lot of fresh plant-based foods. Not only are they good for your skin but they make your body feel good, give you energy and help keep you lean without calorie restricting. But knowing what produce is safe and what items to stay away from, can be a taunting task! Find out wich produce items you should always buy organic, whenever possible.
You can’t expect to fuel your body and achieve optimal health by eating food, laced with toxic chemicals, that your body doesn’t recognize. So, why settle for just getting by when you could be thriving? …

Happy Friday everyone! What better way to start the weekend than with a great new recipe . One of my favorite ways to start the day is with a healthy, protein-packed breakfast. This recipe only takes about 12 minutes to make, and is packed with enough fiber to keep you full and fueled for hours. Best part of all they taste just as good as the traditional fluffy white pancakes. What more could you ask for in a breakfast?!

Hello Beauties! Hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far. My hair goes through some pretty intense transformations on a daily basis. Whether I’m headed to work or out for a romantic dinner date, my hair sees its fair share of heated styling tools – complete with tugging, curling, straightening and dont forget the hairspray. While I do take precaution to use gentle products, the truth is there’s only so much you can do to save your strands while styling like this, really.
I think we all desire that gorgeous glossy hair, so I have decided to share everything from my own personal care hair routine, to tips on how to make it grow faster, break less and have more volume. …
Hi everyone! Hope you’re all having a great end to the week. I wanted to share a little bit of insight on a topic that I think many of us have struggled with before – late-night snacking. We’ve all been there at some point or another. Or if you are anything like me, it’s an everyday occurrence. Somewhere just an hour or so before bedtime, a little voice says, “I’m hungry”.
I know we really shouldn’t snack at night, but how bad is it really? Are all night-time snacks created equally? The rules of late-night eating are not black and white, it all depends more on when your eating, what your eating and what you will be doing after you eat. …
