Good morning, hope you’re all having a great weekend so far! I’m super excited to tell you about my all time favourite breakfast! Stoked Oats saves the day by making it easy to enjoy your breakfast with virtually no hassle, so you have more time to focus on your morning hustle each day.
My go to breakfast meal has always been a hearty bowl of oats topped with mixed berries and nuts. But the one thing that I have never really enjoyed is taking the extra time to add all the additional ingredients, because it’s a bit of a hassle when I’ve got other stuff to do — such as hair washing day or an extra early start. Sure preparing your meals the night before can save you time, but who wants more dirty dishes?…
Good morning Beauties, I hope everyone had a great week! One of the things I mentioned in my last post was starting off the New Year with a healthy start! Now that we have had time to reflect on the past year and set our goals for 2018, it’s time to give our body what it needs to function optimally – H2o!
Staying hydrated is a key element to being fit and staying healthy. Our body uses water in our cells, organs, and muscle tissues to help regulate temperature and maintain other day-to-day bodily functions. Even being slightly dehydrated could result in a slower metabolism. When we are properly hydrated the health and beauty benefits are endless. Because we lose water continuously through breathing, sweating, and regular digestion, it’s very important to rehydrate regularly by drinking fluids and eating foods containing plenty of water.…
Let me set the record straight: I pretty much eat the same thing for breakfast 365 days of the year. That being said, I do think it’s good to switch things up every once in a while. Winter time is my favorite time of year to experiment in the kitchen. Snowy days call for more time indoors and more time for baking, recipe testing and DIY projects. Eating the same bowl of oats each and every day is always nutritious , but this holiday season I want to tantalize my taste buds.
Join me in testing out these great new recipes from Joanna Stankiewicz and see if you ever find breakfast boring again. Lets get cooking!!!!!

It’s so great that people are investing in their health more and taking ownership of it. It can be so empowering knowing that you are in charge of YOU. Although it sounds so simple, and perhaps obvious, your health is something that can be easily overlooked. What we put in our bodies each day has such a huge effect on us internally and externally. I love sharing my new recipes with you guys, they are all quick and easy! But most of all, they are no fuss, super healthy and delicious. I hope you enjoy my latest smoothie creation!!!!!

Happy Friday everyone! What better way to start the weekend than with a great new recipe . One of my favorite ways to start the day is with a healthy, protein-packed breakfast. This recipe only takes about 12 minutes to make, and is packed with enough fiber to keep you full and fueled for hours. Best part of all they taste just as good as the traditional fluffy white pancakes. What more could you ask for in a breakfast?!

Who is Wonder Woman you might ask? Wonder Woman is an Amazon and was granted her powers by the Greek gods, in particular by Aphrodite who created the Amazons. It is said that much of her strength came from her training and channeling of her mental powers into physical abilities.
The truth is, we all secretly have super powers within. Sometimes we just can’t figure out how to use them properly. In honour of all the True Wonder Women of the world, I created a smoothie that combines the antioxidant and cancer preventative powers of cherries with the hormone balancing and mood enhancing powers of the maca root . This smoothie is sure to stimulate your body, boost your energy and enhance your performance. …
When it comes to smoothies, I usually like to experiment and create my own tasty concoctions to be shared with all of you. But I could hardly resist, when I came across this tasty non dairy version of such a classic ice cream favour, I was just dying to try it. Not only was this smoothie created by my all time favourite protein creator Vega, but it didn’t disappoint!
I am so excited to share this recipe with you and can’t wait for you to try it! With its sweet Canadian maple core and the toasted crunch of walnuts, how could anyone resist this guilty pleasure. I hope you all find it as delicious and indulgent as did I.…
After a good workout, I always turn to a delicious smoothie to satisfy my hunger and fuel my body with the right nutrients for repair and recovery. To ensure my smoothie will fill me up and keep me satisfied for more than a few minutes, I’ve learned that I need to pack it with nutritious ingredients such as whole grains, fresh fruits, greens and of course protein.
Another great addition to any smoothie is a spoonful of nut butter or a handful of chopped nuts to add a little texture, with the added benefits of healthy fats. To achieve the unique “muffin” flavour in this smoothie, I turned to butter extract and uncooked oats to achieve the right taste and consistency.…
When I came across this recipe from Chelsea Lords of Chelsea’s Messy Apron, I practically fell out of my chair. Can we talk about this for a second?? Chocolate, Peanut Butter and more Chocolate all wrapped together in one mouth-watering bite, in what way can we call all of that Skinny? These muffins are basically all of my favorite things rolled into one. If this woman has some how accomplished this, then Sign. Me. Up!
These delicious little treats are the healthier, skinnier version of the greatest chocolate cake you may ever taste! With absolutely no added butter or oil. And not even a pinch of flour, these muffins are also gluten-free.
So you may be asking yourself …how can these actually taste good? …
